AVANTGARDE Experiences GmbH engagiert sich seit über zwei Jahren für die Umsetzung exklusiver Porsche Experience-Events. Als direkter Ansprechpartner und Repräsentant der Porsche Ice Experience und Porsche Travel Experience sind wir verantwortlich für die Organisation und Durchführung dieser Premium-Fahrveranstaltungen.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Eventmanager/Project Manager Automotive (m/w/x) gestaltest du mit uns weltweit einzigartige Markenerlebnisse für einen Premium Automobilhersteller.

Die operative Umsetzung von fahraktiven Events von Anfang bis Ende ist dein Ding. Du bist zuständig für komplexe Veranstaltungsabläufe, Budgets und Kundenkommunikation
Du übernimmst dabei die Ausarbeitung und Planung sowie die Abwicklung unserer Travel Experiences und betreust verschiedenste Events mit Begeisterung und vollem Einsatz, egal ob am Nordpol oder in der Wüste
Du arbeitest an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Customer Experience mit
Du steuerst interne und externe Stakeholder selbstständig und souverän. Du hast alle involvierten Gewerke, Lieferanten und Partner sowie alle Anforderungen und Timings im Blick
Du entwirfst professionelle Präsentationen, Angebote und Kostenkalkulationen, aktualisierst kontinuierlich Budget und Projektstatus und erstellst Reportings sowie Evaluationen
Du setzt die Kommunikations- und Contentplanung (jahres- & quartalsweise) inkl. Auswahl der Kommunikationskanäle (Print, Digital, Promotions, etc.) um
Du steuerst die operative Umsetzung der geplanten Marketingaktivitäten

Dein Profil

Du bist kommunikationsstark, begeisterungsfähig, hast Bock auf coole Leute und machst dir auch gerne mal die Hände schmutzig
Du willst die Verantwortung für deine Projekte übernehmen und bist dir der Bedeutung deiner Rolle bewusst
Du hast etwas Vergleichbares schon einmal gemacht und bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Eventmanagement / Projektmangement mit
Du verfügst über exzellente Branchenkenntnisse in der Automotive Industrie und unterscheidest zwischen unterschiedlichen Fahrzeugmodellen nicht nur nach Farben
Du bist ein Organisationstalent und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen stets einen kühlen Kopf
Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu Zahlen und Kostenmanagement
Du arbeitest strukturiert und flexibel und hast ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Selbständigkeit
Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Kunden-, Service- und Qualitätsorientierung mit
Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Produkte und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

AVANTGARDE Experiences GmbH has been involved in organizing exclusive Porsche Experience events for over two years. As the direct contact and representative for Porsche Ice Experience and Porsche Travel Experience, we are responsible for organizing and running these premium driving events.

Your Tasks

As an Event Manager/Project Manager Automotive (m/f/x), you create unique brand experiences for a premium car manufacturer worldwide.
You are responsible for the operational implementation of driving events from start to finish. You will be responsible for complex event processes, budgets, and customer communication
You are responsible for the development, planning, and execution of our travel experiences and will oversee a wide variety of events with enthusiasm and dedication, whether at the North Pole or in the desert.
You work on the continuous development of the customer experience.
You manage internal and external stakeholders independently and confidently.
You keep track of all the trades, suppliers, and partners involved, as well as all requirements and timings.
You design professional presentations, offers, and cost calculations, continuously update budgets and project statuses, and create reports and evaluations.
You implement communication and content planning (annual and quarterly), including the selection of communication channels (print, digital, promotions, etc.).
You manage the operational implementation of planned marketing activities.

Your Profile

You are a strong communicator, enthusiastic, enjoy working with cool people, and don't mind getting your hands dirty.
You want to take responsibility for your projects and are aware of the importance of your role
You have done something similar before and have at least 3 years of professional experience in event management/project management
You have excellent knowledge of the automotive industry and can distinguish between different vehicle models based on more than just their colors
You have strong organizational skills and always keep a cool head, even in stressful situations
You have a high affinity for numbers and cost management
You work in a structured and flexible manner and have a high degree of initiative and independence
You have a strong customer, service, and quality orientation
You have in-depth knowledge of MS Office products and very good written and spoken German and English skills
