Deine Aufgaben

Als Analytics Engineer / BI Experte (m/w/x) für den Bereich Controlling bist du Teil unseres Controlling-Teams im Bereich Corporate Finance und Ansprechpartner für unser Management, unsere Business Leaders, unsere weiteren Back-Office Teams und externen Stakeholder.

Du verantwortest die Controlling-Systemlandschaft und stellst einen einen reibungslosen Systembetrieb sicher – vom Datenfluss aus den Vorsystemen (z. B. DATEV, LucaNet, Personio, easyJOB) über die Verarbeitung und Transformation in der Microsoft-Azure-Cloud (Azure Data Factory) bis hin zu den Frontends wie Power BI und Excel
Du verantwortest unser Datenbankmanagement, sowie die Datenintegrität und -sicherheit über die Systemlandschaft einschließlich der fachlichen Modellierung der Daten
Du unterstützt die Durchführung des laufenden Controllings mittels Detailanalyse von Plan-/Ist-Abweichungen, der Analyse und Visualisierung von Daten für die gesamte Organisation in Power BI
Durch die von dir automatisierten Prozesse machst du unser Controlling zukunftsfähig und entwickelst unsere bestehenden BI- & Reporting-Systeme kontinuierlich weiter
Du erstellst Adhoc Berichte sowie monatliche Analysen
Du fühlst dich sicher mit der Kommunikation und Koordination mit anderen Avantgarde Standorten in der ganzen Welt

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet
Mindestens drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
Kenntnisse über die üblichen Controlling-Themen und sicherer Umgang mit LucaNet, Microsoft Azure und Power BI
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SQL, ETL-/ELT-Prozessen und Datenmodellierung (Azure SQL)
Erste Erfahrung mit Programmiersprachen und Cloud-Technologien (z.B. Azure Cloud)
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und Power BI
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen, Freude an Teamarbeit und cross-funktionalen Projekten
Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your Tasks

As an Analytics Engineer / BI Expert (m/f/x) for our Controlling department, you will be part of our Controlling team in the Corporate Finance division and the point of contact for our management, business leaders, other back-office teams, and external stakeholders.

You are responsible for the controlling system landscape and ensure smooth system operation – from data flow from upstream systems (e.g., DATEV, LucaNet, Personio, easyJOB) to processing and transformation in the Microsoft Azure Cloud (Azure Data Factory) to front ends such as Power BI and Excel.
You are responsible for our database management, as well as data integrity and security across the system landscape, including the technical modeling of data.
You support the implementation of ongoing controlling by means of detailed analysis of planned/actual deviations, analysis and visualization of data for the entire organization in Power BI.
Through the processes you automate, you will make our controlling future-proof and continuously develop our existing BI & reporting systems.
You create ad hoc reports and monthly analyses.
You feel confident communicating and coordinating with other Avantgarde locations around the world.

Your Profile

You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, or a similar field.
You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
Knowledge of standard controlling topics and confident use of LucaNet, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI.
You have very good knowledge of SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling (Azure SQL).
Initial experience with programming languages and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure Cloud)
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI are necessary for the position.
You have strong communication skills and assertiveness, enthusiasm for teamwork and cross-functional projects-
Very good written and spoken German and English language skills are mandatory.
