Manager Promotion - Events (m/f/x)

Your Tasks

You want to help us promote an innovative FMCG product? Then you've come to the right place! As a promotion expert (m/f/x), you will be responsible for resource planning and resource quality for campaigns (events, promotions, trade fairs, arenas) as well as coaching the promoters. 
We are looking for a communicative, creative mind with a great deal of drive and a solution- and customer-oriented mindset. 
  • You are responsible for events as a whole and will be in regular contact with the promoters assigned to them. 
  • You see yourself as a generalist in project management, accompanying your projects from A to Z while adhering to the specified deadlines. 
  • You will be involved from conception to implementation: from content and financial planning to the organization of all measures, project management, and ongoing budget control. 
  • You communicate directly with the customer and keep them up to date on all promoter-specific issues in the form of feedback rounds. 
  • You act as the contact person for the customer of an innovative FMCG product and coordinate between internal decision-makers and external partners. 
  • You support our promotion team in acquiring new promoters, lead induction training sessions, and supervise them in their further collaboration.

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in communication, media communication, event management, or a similar field. 
  • You already have experience in personnel recruitment and support as well as in implementing promotional campaigns. 
  • You have strong organizational skills, a structured and precise approach to work, coupled with a high degree of problem-solving skills, a sense of responsibility, and time management skills. 
  • You are a strong communicator and team player, have a hands-on mentality, and are highly customer-oriented. 
  • You speak very good German and English and are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
