Deine Aufgaben

Bei uns verantwortest du eigenständig die inhaltliche und operative Steuerung und Beratung von namenhaften Kunden. Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Senior Eventmanager/In, der/die KonsumentInnen begeistert und holistische Projekte digital, hybrid oder analog in Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen, cross-funktionalen Teams konzipiert und begleitet.

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche operative Umsetzung deiner Veranstaltungsprojekte (face-to-face, hybrid und virtuell)
Du konzipierst gemeinsam mit einem diversen Team einmalige Events von klein bis groß und setzt sie erfolgreich um
Du bist der First Point of Contact zum Kunden, sowie zu internen und externen Stakeholdern, bist für die Steuerung aller Gewerke, Lieferanten und externen Partner zuständig
Du kennst dich im Eventbusiness aus und hast auch erste Erfahrungen mit Technik, Ton und Licht
Du steuerst verschieden große Teams (je nach Projekt) und treibst aktiv Dinge voran
Du überblickst die einzelnen Projektanforderungen, Meilensteine und Ziele, sorgst für eine reibungslose Kommunikation und hast jederzeit alle Timings im Blick
Du entwirfst Präsentationen, Angebote und Kostenkalkulationen, steuerst die Budgetplanung für laufende Projekte und erstellst Abschluss-Reportings sowie Evaluationen
Du erstellst Pitch-Dokumente und Präsentationen der erarbeiteten Konzepte für Kunden

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, Eventmanagement o.Ä
Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing, Event- und Projektmanagement oder anderen Kommunikationsbereichen sowie in der Personalverantwortung von mind. 3-4 Mitarbeitern gesammelt
Du hast eine strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise, strategisches Denkvermögen sowie analytische Fähigkeiten
Du bist kommunikativ, positiv, hast ein sicheres und gewinnendes Auftreten sowie ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
Du bist kontaktfreudig und professionell, ein Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent und immer lösungs- und kundenorientiert
Du behältst einen kühlen Kopf, auch unter hohem Zeitdruck und hast ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
Du besitzt fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse und einen sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen

Your Tasks

With us, you will be independently responsible for the content and operational management and consulting of renowned clients. We are looking for an experienced senior event manager who inspires consumers and designs and supports holistic projects—digital, hybrid, or analog—in collaboration with various cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for the successful operational implementation of your event projects (face-to-face, hybrid, and virtual).
Together with a diverse team, you will design unique events, large and small, and implement them successfully.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders, and will be responsible for managing all trades, suppliers, and external partners.
You are familiar with the event business and also have some experience with technology, sound, and lighting.
You will manage teams of various sizes (depending on the project) and actively drive things forward.
You will oversee individual project requirements, milestones, and goals, ensure smooth communication, and keep track of all timings at all times.
You will design presentations, offers, and cost calculations, manage budget planning for ongoing projects, and create final reports and evaluations.
You will create pitch documents and presentations of the concepts developed for customers.

Your Profile

You have a degree in communication, marketing, event management, or a similar field.
You have several years of professional experience in marketing, event and project management, or other areas of communication, as well as in personnel management with at least 3-4 employees.
You have a structured and precise way of working, strategic thinking skills, and analytical abilities.
You are communicative, positive, have a confident and winning manner, and a high degree of independence and initiative.
You are sociable and professional, have a talent for communication and organization, and are always solution- and customer-oriented.
You keep a cool head, even under high time pressure, and have a high degree of initiative and teamwork skills
You are fluent in German and have a good command of English and MS Office programs
