Wir suchen eine:n Senior Operations Manager:in für den Bereich Direct Retail mit Fokus auf den operativen und strategischen Ausbau unserer Aktivitäten rund um ein stark wachsendes FMCG-Produkt im Retailmarkt.

Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Direct Retail Aktivitäten
Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer Operations- und Rollout-Projekte im stationären Handel
Sicherstellung effizienter, transparenter und skalierbarer Prozesse entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
Führung und Koordination interner und externer Schnittstellen (z. B. Logistik, Marketing, Vertrieb, Agenturen, Retail Partner:innen)
Verantwortung für Timings, Budgets, Forecasts und Qualitätsstandards
Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von POS-Konzepten sowie nationale und internationale Rollouts
Analyse operativer KPIs und Ableitung strategischer Maßnahmen zur Performance-Steigerung
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management sowie aktive Mitgestaltung der Direct Retail Strategie

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Operations Management, Projektmanagement, Handel oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Operations-, Retail- oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise im FMCG-Umfeld
Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte und funktionsübergreifender Teams
Stark ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Denkweise
Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Durchsetzungsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen
Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, PowerPoint sowie gängigen Projekt- und Operations-Tools

Your Tasks

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager for the Direct Retail division with a focus on the operational and strategic expansion of our activities related to a rapidly growing FMCG product in the retail market.

Overall responsibility for the operational management and further development of our direct retail activities.
Planning, management, and implementation of complex operations and rollout projects in brick-and-mortar retail.
Ensuring efficient, transparent, and scalable processes along the entire value chain.
Management and coordination of internal and external interfaces (e.g., logistics, marketing, sales, agencies, retail partners).
Responsibility for timings, budgets, forecasts, and quality standards.
Development, implementation, and optimization of POS concepts as well as national and international rollouts.
Analysis of operational KPIs and derivation of strategic measures to increase performance.
Close cooperation with management and active participation in shaping the direct retail strategy.

Your Profile

Degree in business administration, operations management, project management, commerce, or a comparable field.
Several years of professional experience in operations, retail, or project management, ideally in the FMCG environment.
Proven experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
High degree of personal responsibility, assertiveness, and hands-on mentality
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Fluent German and very good English skills.
Confident use of Excel, PowerPoint, and common project and operations tools.
