We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager for the Direct Retail division with a focus on the operational and strategic expansion of our activities related to a rapidly growing FMCG product in the retail market.

  • Overall responsibility for the operational management and further development of our direct retail activities.
  • Planning, management, and implementation of complex operations and rollout projects in brick-and-mortar retail.
  • Ensuring efficient, transparent, and scalable processes along the entire value chain.
  • Management and coordination of internal and external interfaces (e.g., logistics, marketing, sales, agencies, retail partners).
  • Responsibility for timings, budgets, forecasts, and quality standards.
  • Development, implementation, and optimization of POS concepts as well as national and international rollouts.
  • Analysis of operational KPIs and derivation of strategic measures to increase performance.
  • Close cooperation with management and active participation in shaping the direct retail strategy.

Your Profile

  • Degree in business administration, operations management, project management, commerce, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience in operations, retail, or project management, ideally in the FMCG environment.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • High degree of personal responsibility, assertiveness, and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills.
  • Confident use of Excel, PowerPoint, and common project and operations tools.
