Deine Aufgaben

Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau, die Finalisierung, Reinzeichnung und die typografische Bearbeitung von analogen und digitalen Kommunikationsmitteln nach CD Vorgaben.
Du erstellst und adaptierst Motive und Layouts nach Vorgaben der Kreation.
Du bereitest unterschiedliche Druckdaten gemäß PDF/X-Standard auf und prüfst diese.
Du kümmerst dich um die Einholung von Angeboten bei geeigneten Dienstleistern und vergleichst diese unter Berücksichtigung qualitativer, terminlicher, kostentechnischer und kundenspezifischer Anforderungen.
Du berätst in allen Bereichen der Druckproduktionstechnik.
Du bist zuständig für die Steuerung und Überwachung des gesamten Produktionsablaufes in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kreation und Projektmanagement.

Dein Profil

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Druck- und Medientechnik.
Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung in einer Werbe- oder Produktionsagentur gesammelt.
Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse von Adobe Creative Cloud und grundlegende Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office.
Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Umsetzung von Layout-, Satz- und Reinzeichnungsarbeiten sowie auch in der professionellen Druckdatenerstellung.
Du überzeugst durch erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Werbemittel, POS und Messe.
Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Markenverständnis und Qualitätsbewusstsein .
Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hast eine exakte, gewissenhafte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
Du bist sehr Service- und Teamorientiert und bringst eine hohe Belastbarkeit mit.

Your Tasks

If you want to help us promote an innovative FMCG product, then you've come to the right place! We are launching stores that are unique in Germany for an international client in order to offer consumers a platform for an unforgettable brand experience. You are the starting point of this journey! Your tasks will include in particular:

Support with the repair and maintenance of individual retail units.
Active support with the planning and implementation of rollouts, store openings, and renovations.
Independent preparation of presentations, project documents, and briefings for internal and external partners.
Coordination with the various retail project teams as well as our architects and creatives.
Internal interface coordination.
Customer support for individual retail units and first point of contact for store employees and district managers.
Incident management with independent solution finding.
Processing of own small projects.

Your Profile

You are in the advanced stages of your studies in communication sciences, journalism, business administration, architecture, event management, or similar.
You are characterized by a structured, precise way of working, a strong service orientation, and a good sense for brand presentations.
You are communicative, reliable, have a confident manner, and a high degree of independence and initiative.
Your strengths lie in problem analysis and solution finding, time management, and coordination.
You speak very good German and English and are confident in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
