System Engineer (w/m/x)

Deine Aufgaben

Als System Engineer bist Du Teil unseres IT-Teams, betreust unsere System- und Netzwerklandschaft und entwickelst diese stetig weiter. Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Systemadministration und bringst diese gerne in unser Unternehmen ein.

Du verwaltest und optimierst unsere Microsoft 365-Landschaft, einschließlich Office 365, Teams, Azure, Entra und SharePoint.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Administration und Wartung unserer Windows-Serverumgebung und betreust das Netzwerk (LAN, WLAN, VPN).
Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Mitarbeiter im 1st und 2nd Level Support und löst technische Probleme mit Mac- und Windows-Clients.
Du führst Projekte eigenständig durch (Planung, Koordination und Ausführung), zum Beispiel neue Standortanbindungen oder Migration von Services
Die Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.

Dein Profil

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position mit.
Du hast in früheren Positionen bereits Verantwortung für Unternehmensnetzwerke und / oder Server und Storage Infrastruktur übernommen und fühlst Dich wohl dabei, dass Deine Arbeit direkten Impact auf die Arbeitsfähigkeit Deiner Kollegen hat
Dein Interesse an IT-Systemen und Netzwerken motiviert Dich in Deiner täglichen Arbeit
Du bist ein kommunikativer Teamplayer mit einer hohen Serviceorientierung und einer selbstständigen, strukturierten Arbeitsweise.

Your Tasks

As System Engineer, you are part of our IT team, managing and continuously developing our system and network infrastructure. You have several years of experience in system administration and are eager to contribute this expertise to our company.

You manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment, including Office 365, Teams, Azure, Entra, and SharePoint.
You are responsible for the administration and maintenance of our Windows server environment and will manage the network (LAN, WLAN, VPN).
You are the first point of contact for our 1st and 2nd level support staff and will resolve technical issues with Mac and Windows clients.
You independently manage projects (planning, coordination, and execution), such as new site connections or service migrations.
The installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software are also be part of your responsibilities.

Your Profile

You have completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or a comparable qualification and have professional experience in a similar position.
In previous roles, you have already taken on responsibility for company networks and/or server and storage infrastructure and are comfortable with the fact that your work has a direct impact on your colleagues' ability to work.
Your interest in IT systems and networks motivates you in your daily work.
You are a communicative team player with a strong service orientation and an independent, structured work style.
