AVANTGARDE Experiences GmbH engagiert sich seit über zwei Jahren in Dresden für die Umsetzung exklusiver Porsche Experience-Events. Als direkter Ansprechpartner und Repräsentant der Porsche Ice Experience und Porsche Travel Experience sind wir verantwortlich für die Organisation und Durchführung dieser Premium-Fahrveranstaltungen.

Deine Aufgaben

Du hast ein Auge für Inhalte, arbeitest strukturiert und fühlst dich im digitalen Umfeld zu Hause? Dann unterstütze unser Team dabei, hochwertige Inhalte zu erstellen, zu pflegen und weiterzuentwickeln:

Du übernimmst die Content-Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer Kundenwebsites im Content Management System
Du arbeitest an redaktionellen Themen mit und erstellst zielgruppenorientierte Webtexte
Du erstellst und pflegst Landingpages im CMS
Du setzt Maintenance-Aufgaben um, z. B. Aktualisierung von Produkttexten, Bildern und Dokumenten
Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Website- und Newsletter-Projekten
Du bereitest Inhalte visuell auf und erstellst einfache grafische Assets im bestehenden Markenkontext
Du passt Inhalte für verschiedene Formate an (z. B. Präsentationen, PDFs oder Social Media

Dein Profil

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Kommunikations- / Medienmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich
Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Content Management Systemen mit und hast idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen gesammelt
Erste Erfahrungen in einer Agentur oder Kommunikationsabteilung sind von Vorteil
Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und detailgenau
Du bist kommunikationsstark, organisiert und teamfähig
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office

Nice to have:

Grundkenntnisse in HTML und CSS zur eigenständigen Anpassung digitaler Inhalte
Erfahrung in der Erstellung einfacher Designs mit der Adobe Suite
Gespür für Layout, visuelle Konsistenz und Markenrichtlinien
Erfahrung in der Adaption von Inhalten für verschiedene Medienformate
Unterstützung bei Reinlayout, Produktionsvorbereitung und Qualitätssicherung

Your Tasks

You have an eye for content, work in a structured manner, and feel at home in a digital environment? Then join our team in creating, maintaining, and developing high-quality content:

You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our client websites in the content management system
You will contribute to editorial projects and create web content tailored to specific target audiences
You will create and maintain landing pages in the CMS
You will carry out maintenance tasks, such as updating product descriptions, images, and documents
You will assist with the implementation of website and newsletter projects
You will prepare content visually and create simple graphic assets within the existing brand context
You will adapt content for various formats (e.g., presentations, PDFs, or social media)

Your Profile

You have completed vocational training or a degree in communication/media management or a related field
You have a strong interest in content management systems and, ideally, have gained some initial practical experience
Experience working in an agency or communications department is a plus
You work in a structured, independent, and detail-oriented manner
You are a strong communicator, organized, and a team player
You have excellent German and English language skills and are proficient in MS Office 365

Nice to have

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for independently customizing digital content
Experience creating simple designs using the Adobe Suite
An eye for layout, visual consistency, and brand guidelines
Experience adapting content for various media formats
Support with final layout, production preparation, and quality assurance
