Office Experience Manager (m/f/x)

Your Tasks

  • You make sure our office is not only running smoothly, but feels like a place where people genuinely enjoy coming together and working
  • You take ownership of the entire office experience – from workplace organization and hospitality to daily office communication
  • You are the first point of contact for employees, guests, partners and service providers, representing AVANTGARDE with an open and professional attitude
  • You coordinate external service providers, orders, facility topics and the overall office setup while keeping quality, budgets and processes on track
  • You continuously develop our office experience further and bring in new ideas to create an inspiring work environment
  • You support internal events, meetings and team formats and ensure smooth operations behind the scenes
  • You work closely with People & Culture, IT, Finance and other teams and act as an important interface in the daily business
  • You identify opportunities for improvement, take initiative and find pragmatic solutions

Your Profile

  • You have several years of experience in Office Management, Hospitality, Workplace Experience or a comparable field
  • You work in a structured and organized way and keep an overview even when managing multiple topics at the same time
  • You are service-oriented, communicative and have a strong sense for people and situations
  • You enjoy being hands-on and see yourself as a host and enabler for teams and guests
  • You have an eye for detail while also understanding efficient processes
  • You work independently, proactively and in a solution-oriented way
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic, creative environment and enjoy working in an agency culture
  • You are fluent in German and English and confident using common office tools
