Controller (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a business partner for our business units and supporting management in financial decision-making
• Analyzing revenue, cost and profitability developments and deriving actionable recommendations
• Preparing regular reports, forecasts and ad-hoc analyses for management
• Performing variance analyses and identifying optimization potentials
• Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes in close collaboration with Accounting
• Contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes
• Continuously developing and optimizing reporting and controlling processes
• Collaborating closely with various departments to ensure financial transparency
• Supporting strategic projects and further developing data-driven steering tools

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a comparable qualification
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally within an agency, project or service-driven environment
• Strong Excel skills and ideally experience with Power BI
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with different stakeholders
• Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Motivation to take ownership and actively shape processes
