Deine Aufgaben

Wenn du ein innovatives FMCG-Produkt mit uns vorantreiben möchtest, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als Experte im Bereich Promotion (m/w/x) verantwortest du die Einsatzplanung und die Einsatzqualität auf Aktionen (Events, Promotions, Messen, Arenen) sowie das Coaching der Promotoren.
Wir suchen einen kommunikativen kreativen Kopf mit einer großen Portion Drive sowie lösungs- und kundenorientiertem Denken.
 

Du verantwortest Events ganzheitlich und bist in regelmäßiger Absprache mit den dafür eingesetzten Promotern
Du siehst dich als Generalist:in im Projektmanagement, begleitest deine Projekte von A-Z unter Einhaltung der vorgesehenen Deadlines
Du bist von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung involviert: Von der inhaltlichen und finanziellen Planung über die Organisation aller Maßnahmen, bis hin zur Projektleitung sowie der fortlaufenden Budgetkontrolle 
Du kommunizierst direkt mit dem Kunden und hältst diesen in allen promoterspezifischen Themen Up to date in Form von Feedbackrunden
Du fungierst als Ansprechpartner:in für den Kunden eines innovativen FMCG-Produkts und übernimmst die Koordination zwischen internen Entscheidungsträgern und externen Partner:innen
Du unterstützt unser Promotionteam in der Akquirierung neuer Promoter, leitest Einweisungsschulungen und betreust diese in der weiteren Zusammenarbeit

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Medienkommunikation, Event Management o.Ä.
Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in der Personalakquise- und Betreuung sowie der Umsetzung von Promotionaktionen gesammelt
Du bist ein Organisationstalent, hast eine strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Problemlösungskompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zeitmanagement
Du bist ein kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer, hast eine Hands-On Mentalität sowie eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch und besitzt einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Your Tasks

You want to help us promote an innovative FMCG product? Then you've come to the right place! As a promotion expert (m/f/x), you will be responsible for resource planning and resource quality for campaigns (events, promotions, trade fairs, arenas) as well as coaching the promoters.
We are looking for a communicative, creative mind with a great deal of drive and a solution- and customer-oriented mindset.

You are responsible for events as a whole and will be in regular contact with the promoters assigned to them.
You see yourself as a generalist in project management, accompanying your projects from A to Z while adhering to the specified deadlines.
You will be involved from conception to implementation: from content and financial planning to the organization of all measures, project management, and ongoing budget control.
You communicate directly with the customer and keep them up to date on all promoter-specific issues in the form of feedback rounds.
You act as the contact person for the customer of an innovative FMCG product and coordinate between internal decision-makers and external partners.
You support our promotion team in acquiring new promoters, lead induction training sessions, and supervise them in their further collaboration.

Your Profile

You have a degree in communication, media communication, event management, or a similar field.
You already have experience in personnel recruitment and support as well as in implementing promotional campaigns.
You have strong organizational skills, a structured and precise approach to work, coupled with a high degree of problem-solving skills, a sense of responsibility, and time management skills.
You are a strong communicator and team player, have a hands-on mentality, and are highly customer-oriented.
You speak very good German and English and are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
